VRLA battery is a new type of battery in recent years. It is easy to install, simple to use, and easy to maintain. It is suitable for small and medium-sized substations and distribution rooms.

From the characteristics on valve regulated lead-acid battery, and more fragile, not high current and high voltage charging, and not full capacity discharge, this material determines its properties. Therefore, when the current limited current is charged, when the current limit is limited to a certain voltage, the discharge should be stopped (1.85v x 108).

Charging: the charging current is calculated according to the capacity of the battery. The 0.1 rate of battery capacity is charged, the voltage of the monomer can not exceed 2.35V, and the total voltage of 18 batteries is 253.8V. For example, 100AH capacity battery. When charging, current cannot exceed 10A. Charge voltage: monomer voltage should not exceed 2.35V * 108 = 253.8V, so the whole battery voltage needs 253.8V.

Discharge: the discharge current of the battery capacity is 0.1 rate discharge capacity, and the voltage 200V discharge ends. For example, 65AH discharge is 6.5A, voltage 200V, discharge time is 10 hours, complete.

Detecting the capacity of the battery: current * time = capacity

For example: 65AH battery: 6.5 x 10 = 65AH

The discharge time is not enough to indicate that the capacity is not enough. In the case of 18 batteries, the discharge must be stopped when the voltage is to 200V.

According to the characteristics of the lead-acid battery, the following charging and discharging operation steps are written for the reference of the users.

1. when overhauling, stop alternating current and ensure safety.

2. if there is a discharge switch, it is connected to the switch off line; when no switch is switched, the external load is connected to the battery switch; 1000-1500W discharge current. (ensure that the battery discharge current is the 0.1 rate of capacity)

3. observe the battery pack voltage to 200V stop discharge.

4. send alternating current, charge, about 10 hours full of electricity.

5. if the capacity is not enough, you can do it again. Discharge - charge detection capacity.

6. when the capacity of the battery is not enough, please repair or replace it in time to ensure the normal power supply.
